Gentle Yoga is a great class for beginners! Gently strengthen  muscles and lengthen the spine with this peaceful practice.  While  creating balance of body and mind, we find modified poses that are  adaptable to any body or current flexibility.

 Open tight or blocked  energy places and create breathing room in your body.
Classes will focus on how to eliminate the "I sit at a desk all day"  low back, the "I hiked too much" hamstrings or the "I work to hard"  upper back pains.

Working through an injury? Had a difficult day? Cant quite touch your  toes? Then this is the place for you. Find the way back to strength and  into a place of grace.
