Gentle Yoga is a great class for beginners! Gently strengthen muscles and lengthen the spine with this peaceful practice. While creating balance of body and mind, we find modified poses that are adaptable to any body or current flexibility.
Open tight or blocked energy places and create breathing room in your body. Classes will focus on how to eliminate the "I sit at a desk all day" low back, the "I hiked too much" hamstrings or the "I work to hard" upper back pains.
