A balanced practice using postures to create a little internal heat to stretch and strengthen the body. Standing, twisting, stretching, folding, maybe even laughing, to open up cloistered places in body and spirit. You will feel lighter and more energized.
Soft Stretch Yin
A challenging, yet simple class, that will hold shapes for many minutes at a time allowing restrictions to melt away. Only by finding our softness can we utilize our strength.
Gentle Hatha Flow
This flowing hatha class can be challenging, relaxing and freeing. Each class will focus on something different, bringing a wholeness and balance to the body and spirit. We will explore each shape playfully nudging space into the tight corners of the body, finding movements of all directions while both seated and standing- All levels welcome.
